Kalas are committed to absolute quality in production and service, that’s why we use the latest technology. Our clothing is manufactured exclusively from the finest materials sourced in Italy, Germany, France and Holland. This combined with the latest manufacturing processes gives you a product that is not only at the forefront of technology, functionality and comfort but also looks excellent. Kalas make sure that every garment is flawlessly manufactured, for this reason the production is done all under one roof at our headquarters in the Czech Republic. We have full control of the entire production process - from design to packaging.

To ensure absolute accuracy, our fabrics are cut using the most advanced “Lectra” cutting machine. We have developed over 1,000 patterns in different varieties and sizes to meet the customer's exact requirements.

To print the sublimation paper we use the Japanese digital plotter Mimaki, which has a width up to 160 cm and a capacity of 200 shirts per hour. Everything is done to photographic quality (720 dpi). Using the Dutch paper Neenah and environment-friendly quality ink from Italy, we guarantee the absolute transmission quality of graphics on to paper. This method of printing is highly accurate and with a wide range of colours we can print complex designs and photographs.

For printing our fabrics we use the Italian machine Monti Antonio. During the sublimation process a colourful design is transferred from paper to fabric using heat and pressure. We pay close attention to accuracy, which is essential for the subsequent processing of all pieces of fabric to ensure your designs are perfectly reproduced.

Absolute accuracy and a high level of satisfaction are commitments to all our customers. Therefore, our clothing is carefully stitched at our headquarters in Tabor. The sewing room is equipped with the most modern sewing machinery from Juki, Brother or Remold. However, even the best technology cannot replace our vastly experienced seamstresses whose skilled hands consistently deliver the highest quality.

After the sewing is done every product is subject to meticulous inspection. Only when we are totally satisfied that our standards are met, it is carefully packed and made ready for shipment anywhere in the world. We use the services of reputable logistics companies such as UPS, DHL and others to ensure your orders are delivered safely and reliably.
